A strange Bergen tradition is the Buekorps, which are like scouts. There are boys and girls troupes, and ones for different ages. They march around town, primarily on Sundays, with wooden guns and crossbows, and loudly playing drums. Here they are training in the courtyard of the old lepers' hospital.
